The system should be compatible with SCADA. Additional details are provided on the <br />Bid Specification sheet. <br />2. Copies of this Notice Inviting Bids packet may be obtained from the Public Works Services <br />Department, 1400 Broadway Street, Redwood City, CA 94063, online at <br />http://www.redwoodcity.org/business/bids-proposals, or by calling (650) 780-7464. <br />3. Any questions regarding the bid packet should be directed in writing to the City Contact. Inquiries received after the date and time stated <br />will not be accepted. <br />All accepted questions shall become a part of this NIB. The City shall not be responsible for <br />nor be bound by any oral instructions, interpretations or explanations issued by the City or its <br />representatives. See General Provisions Section 7. <br />4. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to purchase individual equipment, <br />materials, or supplies from more than one Bidder or all equipment, materials, or supplies from <br />one Bidder, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept, modify, <br />or reject any items of the bid. <br />5. Sealed bids must be received by the City of Redwood Citv at the Office of the City Clerk, <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA at or before 3:30 p.m. PDT Wednesdav, <br />March 15, 2017. Envelopes must be plainly marked: "SEALED BID FOR RECYCLED <br />WATER TANK WATER OUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM DUE 3:30 P.M. <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15." Late submittals will not be accepted. <br />6.
