Any additional public <br />hearings required beyond the two allocated, would also be billed on a time and <br />materials basis, not to exceed $1,400.00 each, including all travel and expenses <br />in accordance with Exhibit A (Attached). <br />I Schedule I <br />The scope of work as set forth in Tasks 1 - 4 would be completed within 30 days <br />from receipt of an executed copy of the agreement between client and consultant <br />for this project. <br />Mr. Passanisi, we look forward to the opportunity of working with you on this <br />interesting and challenging project.
