P&D will prepare a written report of its findings and recommendations <br />with supporting documentation and graphical exhibits. P&D will also fill out and <br />prepare supporting documentation necessary for the filing of FAA Form 7460-1, <br />"Notice of proposed Construction or Alteration." <br />Ten copies of the draft report will be provided for in-house review and comment. <br />Twenty copies of the final report will be provided. <br />Task 5. -- Respond to Comments <br />Description. P&D will prepare formal written responses to comments received on <br />the project report during the public review process for the project. <br />Task 6. .. Attend Public Hearinas/Public Information Meetinas <br />Description. P&D's Project Manager will attend two public hearings or public <br />information meetings, as necessary, to present official testimony in support of the <br />findings and conclusions of P&D's technical report. <br /> Project Budget I <br />P&D would carry out the above work as set forth in Tasks 1 - 6 on a time and <br />materials basis, not to exceed $20,000.00.
