<br /> ORIGINAL <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant 10 the terms and conditions of the following <br />described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br />Title of Agreement: Professional Consulting Services - Site Plan Review/Aircraft <br />and Safety Study at the San Carlos Airport for Electronic Arts Master Plan. <br />Consultant: P&D Aviation <br /> 400 EI Camino Real, Suite 500 <br /> San Mateo, CA 94402 <br />Date of Agreement: December 19, 1995. <br />1. Task Described: Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those services described in the Agreement: <br />Description of Services: To conduct additional aviation studies as a result of <br />increasing the Electronic Arts project from 890,000 sq. ft. to 1 million sq. ft. of <br />office space, and further examine aircraft safety issues as it relates to buildings <br />exceeding 100 feet in height. <br />2. Compensation: City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in <br />this Task Order as follows: The amount of compensation authorized under the <br />Task Order shall not exceed the sum of $~ I S-O'D . <br />Compensation shall be based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation <br />described in the Agreement. i <br />3. Time of Performance: Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br />Date of Completion: April 8, 1996. <br />4. Additional Services: In the event that City desires the performance of <br />additional services not otherwise included within the services described in <br />Exhibit "A" to the Agreement and paragraph 1 hereof, such services shall be <br />authorized in advance by written task order approved by the Planning Director, <br />provided that the owner of the property or applicant for which the additional <br />services are performed (1) has agreed in writing that the additional services may <br />be performed and (2) has deposited with the City sufficient money to cover the <br />cost of the additional services to be performed.
