<br />subsequent task orders, in the aggregate, exceed fifty (50) per cent of the <br />combined total of compensation and reimbursement of costs set forth in <br />paragraph 2 of the Agreement and the amount authorized under paragraph 2 of <br />this task order (the "Additional Total Compensation"). In the event City desires the <br />performance of additional services not otherwise included within the services <br />described in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement and this task order in excess of the <br />Additional Total Compensation, such services must be authorized by written task <br />order approved in advance of the performance thereof by City's City Council by <br />motion duly made and carried. <br />5. Approval: In accordance with, the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by <br />City's City Council on ()ì c~1-. 2') , 19 CJ 10, by motion duly made and carried <br />(copy of Minute Order evidencing approval attached). <br />6. Limitation: Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or <br />modified hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference, shall remain in full force and effect.
