ORIGINAL TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: Title of Agreement: Professional Consulting Services for the Electronic Arts Master Plan. Consultant: P&D Aviation 400 EI Camino Real, Suite 500 San Mateo, CA 94402 Date of Agreement: September 19, 1995. 1. Task Described: Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement: Description of Services: Attend additional meetins and prepare responses to comments as needed. 2. Compensation: Compensation shall be provided as follows: See attachments. 3. Time of Performance: Contractor shall perform the services to be provided pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: Date of Completion: July 31, 1996. 4. Additional Services: In the event that City desires the performance of additional services not otherwise included within the services described in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement and paragraph 1 hereof, such services shall be . authorized in advance by written task order approved by the Planning Director, provided that the owner of the property or applicant for which the additional services are performed (1) has agreed in writing that the additional services may be performed and (2) has deposited with the City sufficient money to cover the cost of the additional services to be performed. In no event shall the amount of subsequent task orders, in the aggregate, exceed fifty (50) per cent of the combined total of compensation and reimbursement of costs set forth in paragraph 2 of the Agreement and the amount authorized under paragraph 2 of this task order (the "Additional Total Compensation").
