<br />pe'rformance of additional services not otherwise included within the services <br />described in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement and this task order in excess of the <br />Additional Total Compensation, such services must be authorized by written task <br />order approved in advance of the performance thereof by City's City Council by <br />motion duly made and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Apcroval: In accOrdanCj with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by <br />City's City Council on \I\~ 15 ,19~, by motion duly made and carried <br />(copy of Minute Order eviden ing approval attached). <br /> <br /> <br />6. Limitation: Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or <br />modified hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference, shall remain in full force and effect.
