<br /> and to provide a convenient means for the administration of the individual <br /> activities of Contractor's members, and for disbursement of compensation <br /> by City to individual members of Contractor for the mutual benefit of the <br /> parties hereto. Therefore, no monetary consideration shall be payable to <br /> Contractor for Contractor's services rendered hereunder. It is further <br /> understood and agreed that reimbursement by City to Contractor for the <br /> hereinafter designated individual services shall be at the rates set forth <br /> immediately across therefrom: <br /> UMPIRES (2) $25.00 per game (74 games) <br /> COORDINATOR $100.00 for all services to <br /> to be performed <br /> under the terms of <br /> this agreement. <br /> All sums disbursed to Contractor hereunder shall be held in trust by <br /> Contractor and distributed to Contractor's individual members as <br /> compensation for their representative individual services rendered at the <br /> above rates. It is understood and agreed that in no event shall the total <br /> amount to be paid by City for all individual services to be rendered by <br /> Contractor's members exceed Three Thousand SevenHundred Dollars <br /> ($3,700.00) for umpiring games, or One Hundred Dollars <br /> and no/IOO ($100.00) for coordinating services. The total amount to be <br /> paid by City under this agreement for all services, including administration <br /> shall not exceed Thirty Eight Hundred Dollars ($3800.00). <br /> ....- <br />
