It is further understood and agreed that payment by City to Association for <br /> the hereinafter designated individual services shall be at the rates set forth <br /> immediately across therefrom: <br /> RA TES <br /> All Slow Pitch Leagues $19.275per game/ <br /> (2 umpires per game) per umpIre <br /> (Note: Umpires shall receive $21.75 per game if only one <br /> game is scheduled on a particular date.) <br /> All sums disbursed to Association hereunder, except the aforementioned <br /> administrative services sum of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00), shall be <br /> held in trust by Association and distributed to Association's individual members as <br /> compensation for their respective individual services rendered at the above rates.
