<br /> Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Fourteen Dollars and 00/100 Dollars <br /> ($28,914.00) for umpiring and Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) for <br /> administrative services for a total not to exceed $29,114.00. Payment, or installment <br /> payments, shall be made at such times and in such form as City deems proper. <br /> Association shall provide an accounting to the Director of Finance of City of all <br /> funds disbursed <br /> to employees or members of Association and shall return all payments, <br /> or portions thereof. which have not been disbursed. <br /> 5.
