<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this o --c:I- day of '4rtt 1998 <br /> between the PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION hereinafter <br /> called "Association", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, hereinafter call "City"; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, agreements and <br /> conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br /> 1. Association agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the following <br /> services to City, commencing on April 20, 1998, and terminating on August 23, 1998: <br /> (a) The training, selection and scheduling of umpires for all softball games in <br /> the following leagues (figures in parentheses represent number of games): <br /> 1.
