Payment, or installment payments, shall be made at <br />such times and in such form as City deems proper. Contractor shall provide <br />an accounting to the Director of Finance of City of all funds disbursed to <br />employees of Contractor and shall return all payments, or portions thereof, <br />which have not been disbursed. <br />4. City shall purchase and distribute rule books to individual members <br />of Contractor for use in performing officiating services hereunder. <br />5.
