<br /> AGREEMENT <br /> R)R <br /> MODIFIED FAST PITCH OFFICIATING SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT, entered into this ;25é'day ofAtfu~¿ ,,1995, <br />between the PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter <br />called "Contractor" and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, hereinafter called "City": <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, agreements, and <br />conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br />1. Contractor agrees to furnish, diligently and faithfully, services to <br /> - <br />the City, commencing September 10,1995, and terminating on November 6, <br />1995, <br />said services to be as follows: <br />To provide, select and schedule umpires and scorekeepers for all <br />softball games in the following Fall Modified Fast Pitch League <br /> LEAGUES GAMES <br /> Modified 75 <br />and to perform other work related and incidental thereto, including such <br />additional work as may be prescribed by the City Manager. <br />2. In the performance of such work it is expressly understood that <br />Contractor is an independent contractor and shall not be considered to be <br />an employee of City for any purpose. <br />3.
