and to provide a convenient means for the administration of the individual activities of Contractor's members, and for disbursement of compensation by City to individual members of Contractor for the mutual benefit of the parties hereto. Therefore, no monetary consideration shall be payable to Contractor for Contractor's services rendered hereunder. It is further understood and agreed that reimbursement by City to Contractor for the hereinafter designated individual services shall be at the rates set forth immediately across therefrom: UMPIRES (2) $24.00 per game (75 games) SCOREKEEPERS (1) $ 9.75 per game (75 games) , COORDINATOR $150.00 for all services to to be performed under the terms of this agreement. All sums disbursed to Contractor hereunder shall be held in trust by Contractor and distributed to Contractor's individual members as compensation for their representative individual services rendered at the above rates. It is understood and agreed that in no event shall the total amount to be paid by City for all individual services to be rendered by Contractor's members exceed Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($3,600.00) for umpiring games, or Seven Hundred Thirty One Dollars and 25/100 ($731.25) for score keeping services, or One Hundred Fifty Dollars and no/100 ($150.00) for coordinating services.
