<br /> DUPUCATE <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT -JOINT OPERATION ORIGINAl <br />OF FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this _ day of . 199 -, <br />by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, ("City") and the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California ("County"); <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, City operates and maintains the Fair Oaks Community <br />Center (the "Center"), for the provision of various services, including community <br />recreation and library facilities, to that area within and adjacent to City known as <br />the "Fair Oaks Target" Area; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement by and between the parties hereto, <br />dated February 20, 1979, (the "Agreement"), the operation and maintenance of <br />the Center is carried out by City, subject to reimbursement of a portion of said <br />costs by County; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement entitled, "First Amendment to <br />Agreement-Joint Operation of Fair Oaks Community Center" dated as of July 23, <br />1991, by and between the parties hereto (the "First Amendment"), Paragraph 5 <br />of the Agreement was amended with respect to the terms of office of the <br />members of the Fair Oaks Community Center Advisory Board established <br />hereunder; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire further to revise the provisions pertaining to <br />the terms of office of members of said Board; <br /> ._~" <br />
