<br /> Page 9 <br />HSA/Library Building for the purpose of directing the public to the Library and such signs may be <br />placed on the building or on the ground. All such signs shall be in keeping with the decor of the <br />Building and a request for the placement of such signs, together with their design and lettering, will <br />be submitted to County prior to their installation. County's approval thereof shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. It shall be the sole responsibility of City to obtain any necessary consents <br />or permits for such signs from the appropriate governmental authorities.
