<br /> EXHIBIT A <br />REDWOOD CITY MAIN LmRARY PROJECT READ <br />F AMll..,1ES IN PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (FIPP) <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1995/96 <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs which provide <br />housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income residents of the City. <br />Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br />organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which <br />are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 1995-1996.
