<br />DUPL\CA1E <br />OHiG\Nt\l 11/13/95 <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN <br />MATEO, THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, REDWOOD <br />CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND SEQUOIA <br />UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />(Redwood City 2000 Committee) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _ day of <br />199_, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a <br />political subdivision of the State of California, ("Co~n~); the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, ("Ci~); REDWOOD CITY <br />ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, an elementary school district, ("Elementary <br />School District'"); and SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a high school <br />district, ("High School Districr); all of \/IIhich entities are referred to collectively as <br />"the Parties·. <br />WIT N E SSE T H: <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Parties enter into an <br />agreement to establish a Redwood City 2000 Committee to provide oversight to <br />multiple collaborative programs designed to improve the health and quality of life in <br />Redwood City and to provide a forum for collaborative needs assessment and <br />community planning based on the National Civic League Healthy Communities <br />Model; <br />NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS <br />AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />........, .... <br />
