<br /> - . ~~ _.. ~- -'" ~ -. iV(V' .... , ""' <br /> -- Exhibit" A" <br /> Redwood City 2000 <br /> Coordinator Job Description <br /> Under the direction of the Executive Committee of the Redwood City 2000 Coordinating <br /> Committee, the Redwood City 2000 Coordinator will support the work of Redwood City <br /> 2000. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the fonowing: <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> 1. Convene monthly meetings of the Redwood City 2000 Partnership, (Executive and <br /> Coordinating Committees) including: all meeting arrangements, agenda development, <br /> meeting minutes and supporting materials. <br /> 2. Establish mechanism for regular communication with fimden as to the status of the <br /> Committee's progress to at a minimum include: publimiQg a monthly newsletter <br /> ''Milestones, " and annual report and presentation to the respective governing boards. <br /> 3. Coordinate interagency collaborative grant applications. <br /> 4. Monitor grant funding and expenses. <br /> 5. Supervise Neighborhood Coordinator. <br /> 6. Manage volunteers and interns. <br /> 7. Increase time dedicated to the development of new or redirected resources and grant <br /> development. <br /> 8. Manage program communications in response to needs of CAT including organizing 1 <br /> Annual Town Hall meetings, developing and maintaining a program website, expanding <br /> the scope and distribution of , 'Milestones," and other related responsibilities. <br /> 9. Represent the project in the press and promote public awareness ofRC 2000. <br /> 10. Oversee evaluation of Redwood City 2000 and monitor strategic direction team <br /> evaluation processes. <br /> SUPPORT EXISTING COLLABORATIVES <br /> 11. Coordinate the interaction between existing collaboratives and the Redwood City <br /> Coordinati"8 Committee. <br /> 12. Regularly attend steering committees of existing coUaboraûvcs and provide <br /> technical assistance when appropriate. <br /> 13. Assist coUaboratives with resource development, linkages with other community <br /> groups, program development and implementation. community mobilization <br /> strategies, and identification of professional development opportunities. <br /> 14. Increase focus on interagency coordination. collaboration and systems issues between <br /> linked efforts, participating agency partners, and coordinatif\g committee. <br /> COMMUNITY VlSION/STRATEGIC PLANNING <br /> 15.
