Convene monthly meetings of the Redwood City 2000 Community Action Team <br /> including all meeting arrangements, agenda development, meeting minutes, phone calls, <br /> mailings and supporting materials. <br /> 17. Together with the Redwood City 2000 committee pull together into a usable <br /> format, exiting studies that provide baseline data ftom which a community vision can be <br /> established. - <br /> 18. Provide a clearinghouse of information and resources to support the planning <br /> process. <br /> 19. Develop a Community Quality of Life Index based on indicators and priorities <br /> identified by the community. <br /> 20. Manage and support community strategic direction teams. <br /> 21. Provide staff support to the Downtown Strategic Direction Team. <br /> 22. Coordinate efforts to expand community participation in present and future <br /> activities. <br /> COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION <br /> 23. Coordinate a variety of community meetings, and focus groups to inform the <br /> community about existing initiatives; encourage participation in these programs; give <br /> information as to the CWTent status of the quality of life in Redwood City and allow <br /> the community to establish priorities for action. <br /> 24.
