<br />C. Project Coordinator: The Coordinating Committee will be <br />supported by a Project Coordinator who will work with the parties and other <br />members of the Redwood City 2000 Coordinating Committee as follows: <br /> 1. Facilitate communication and skill building between local <br /> collaboratives, coalitions and task forces and the <br /> Coordinating Committee; <br /> 2. Facilitate strategic planning process through the provision <br /> of staff support to the Coordinating Committee; <br /> 3. Synthesize community organization strategies including <br /> organizing focus groups, surveys, town hall meetings; <br /> 4. Assist in developing collaborative grant applications. <br />5. ORGANIZATION STRATEGIES. <br /> A. The Coordinating Committee shall direct its efforts towards <br /> Redwood City and its immediate sphere of influence. <br /> B. The Coordinating Committee will endeavor to work with <br /> already existing organizations and structures within the community <br /> to maintain a commitment to reducing the duplication and <br /> fragmentation of services. <br />6. REDWOOD CITY 2000 COORDINATING COMMITTEE STAFF: It <br />is understood that the Coordinating Committee will require the services of a <br />project coordinator and related support staff. <br /> A.
