<br />4. STRUCTURE OF THE REDWOOD CITY 2000 COORDINATING <br /> COMMITTEE. <br /> A. The Executive Committee: Representatives of each of the Parties <br />(the "Executive Committee") shall meet monthly. <br /> 1. The Executive Committee shall consist of four persons, and shall <br />be composed of one representative from the County, one representative of the <br />City and one representative each of the school districts named herein. <br /> 2. The Executive Committee shall have the following functions: <br /> a. Recruit and hire and/or contract for a coordinator and any <br /> related support staff for the project. <br /> b. Provide leadership for the Coordinating Committee. <br /> c. Establish operating agreements for the Coordinating <br /> Committee. <br /> d. Oversee the activities of the Coordinating Committee and its <br /> staff. <br /> . <br /> e. Designate standards and criteria for evaluation of the work <br /> completed by the Coordinating Committee. <br /> f. Approve expenditures of funds or commitment of resources. <br /> B. Redwood City 2000 Coordinating Committee: The Coordinating <br />Committee shall consist of a policy maker and a top staff person representing <br />each of the Parties and also may include the following members: <br /> 1. Representatives of City and County Law Enforcement <br /> 2. Representatives of neighborhood groups <br /> 3. Representatives of the medical community <br /> 4.
