<br /> WHEREAS, School District has agreed to reimburse City for the services <br />rendered by the recreational leader up to the sum of Twelve Thousand and <br />no/100 Dollars ($12,000.00); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. ASSISTANCE. City shall (1) provide School District with one staff <br />member to serve on the Healthy Start Collaboration Council, on a part-time basis <br />to act as a policymaker, program, and budget reviewer and as an evaluator of <br />the Healthy Start Coordinator; (2) coordinate classes at Taft School Multipurpose <br />Room, on request, for health related topics, subject to City staff availability; <br />(assist volunteers to develop youth sports leagues by providing training, <br />uniforms, and equipment, subject to availability; share equipment with School <br />District staff via "check-out" system; and (3) provide a recreation leader <br />("Leader") on School District premises (Taft School) twenty (20) hours per week <br />(up to the sum of $12,000) to provide after-school activities at Taft School for the <br />purposes described in paragraph 2. Services to be rendered by Leader are <br />subject to reimbursement by School District. <br /> 2. USE OF SERVICES. School District shall use the City services <br />provided pursuant to paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described <br />herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM.
