NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. COMPENSATION. SBSA shall compensate City in the amount of Sixty-two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-four and No/100 Dollars ($62,324.00) for fiscal year 7/1/97 - 6/30/98, of which Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-seven and No/100 Dollars ($8,797.00) shall be designated as payment specifically for the services of City's Director of Finance as Controller of the SBSA. For fiscal year 7/1/98 - 6/30/99, SBSA shall compensate City in the amount of Sixty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-two and No/100 Dollars ($63,882.00), of which Nine Thousand Seventeen and No/100 Dollars ($9,017.00) shall be designated as payment specifically for the services of City's Director of Finance as Controller of the SBSA." 2. Paragraph 4 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "4. TERM. The term of this agreement is two (2) years, to wit: July 1, 1997 - June 30, 1999, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement may be renewed by written amendment or supplement hereto approved, in the case of SBSA, by motion of its Commission, and in the case of City, by motion of its Council."
