<br /> 3. Paragraph 6 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "6. TERMINATION. Either party hereto may terminate this <br /> agreement without cause by giving the other party not less than ninety <br /> (90) days' prior written notice of such termination. In the event of such <br /> termination, SBSA shall compensate City for services rendered to the <br /> date of termination. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed a <br /> limitation upon the rights of the parties to terminate this agreement for <br /> cause, or otherwise to exercise such rights or pursue such remedies as <br /> may accrue to them." <br /> 4.
