That certain Agreement entitled, "Freeway Agreement" (form <br />designated 04-SM-101-KP 10.0/12.2 (PM 6.2/7.6)), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and the State of California, acting by and through the Department <br />of Transportation, revising and modifying the State/County 6/1/43 Agreement, <br />the State/County 8/5/52 Agreement and the State/City 2/9/81 Agreement, a copy <br />of which proposed agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3.
