Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and <br />expense, construct all of the improvements ("Improvements II) , <br />furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter <br />described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br />prepared for Owner by Robert w. Croyle, Civil Engineer, entitled, <br />"Improvement Plans for Parcel Map No. 91-1", and those certain <br />specifications entitled, IIEngineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, on file in the office of the <br />City Engineer. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in <br />strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of said <br />City. rfo the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and ( '5 <br /> ,. <br />specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for . . <br /> <. <br /> . . <br />a particular improvement, the st.ricter standard shall govern. <br /> , <br />Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to time . <br /> , <br />extensions allowable under paragraph 11, on or before April 24, <br />1996. The Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily <br />limited to, all of the following: <br /> (a) grading, paving <br /> (b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> (c) sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> (d) water system, complete <br /> (e) storm drainage system, complete <br /> (f) street lighting system, complete <br /> (g) retaining wall, complete <br /> (h) demolish cottage, shed, garage, retaining wall <br /> 2 <br /> I .. .^....._~..~~..". . -.......--,..". <br />
