Project and construction budgets shall <br /> be adjusted as directed by the City/District. <br /> 4.3.2 Analvzino Bids: Upon receipt of the bids, the Project Manager shall <br /> evaluate the bids, including alternate prices and unit prices, and <br /> shall make a recommendation to the City/District in regard to the <br /> award of each construction contract. <br /> 4.4 Manaoement Information System (MIS) <br /> 4.4.1 Schedule Maintenance Reports: The Project Manager shall prepare <br /> and distribute Schedule Update Reports during the Bid and Award <br /> Phase. The Reports shall compare the actual bid and award dates <br /> to scheduled bid and award dates and shall summarize the <br /> anticipated impact of current schedule modifications on the Master <br /> Schedule. <br /> 4.4.2 Proiect Cost Reports: The Project Manager shall prepare and <br /> distribute Project Cost Reports during the Bid and Award Phase. <br /> The Reports shall specify actual award prices and construction costs <br /> for the Project compared to the Project and Construction Budgets. <br /> 4.4.3 Cash Flow Reports: The Project Manager shall prepare and <br /> distribute Cash Flow Reports during the Bid and Award Phase. The <br /> Reports shall be based on actual award prices and construction <br /> costs for the Project and the Reports shall specify actual cash flow <br /> compared to projected cash flow. <br />5.
