Operation and Maintenance Materials: As <br /> required by the Contract Documents, the Project Manager shall <br /> receive from the Contractor As-Built record drawings, operation and <br /> maintenance manuals, warranties and guarantees for materials and <br /> equipment installed on the Project, and review such documents for <br /> completeness and submit documents to the City/District. <br /> 5.1.7 Substantial Completion: In consultation with the Design <br /> Professional and City/District's inspectors (when applicable), the <br /> Project Manager shall review the contractor's request for substantial <br /> completion and final completion and recommend to the City/District <br /> when the Project and the Contractor's Work has achieved <br /> substantial and final completion. The Project Manager shall, prior to <br /> issuing a Certificate of Substantial Completion, compile a list of <br /> incomplete work which does not conform to the Contract Documents <br /> based on input from the Design Professional and City/District's <br /> inspectors (when applicable). This' list shall be attached to the <br /> Certificate of Substantial Completion. The Project Manager shall <br /> issue the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Certification of <br /> Final Completion to the Contractor. <br /> 5.1.8 Final Payment: In consultation with the Design Professional and <br /> City/District's inspector (when applicable), the Project Manager shall <br /> provide to the City/District a written recommendation regarding final <br /> payment to the Contractor. <br />5.2 Time Manaaement <br /> 5.2.1 Master Schedule: The Project Manager shall adjust and update the <br /> Master Schedule and distribute copies to the City/District and <br /> Design Professional. Recommendations for such adjustments to the <br /> Master Schedule shall be made to the City/District, and upon <br /> City/District's approval shall be incorporated by the Project Manager. <br /> 5.2.2 Contractor's Construction Schedule: The Project Manager shall <br /> review each Contractor's Construction Schedule and shall verify that <br /> the schedule is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Contract Documents and that it establishes completion dates that <br /> comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
