Operation and Maintenance Materials: As required by the Contract Documents, the Project Manager shall receive from the Contractor As-Built record drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties and guarantees for materials and equipment installed on the Project, and review such documents for completeness and submit documents to the City/District. 5.1.7 Substantial Completion: In consultation with the Design Professional and City/District's inspectors (when applicable), the Project Manager shall review the contractor's request for substantial completion and final completion and recommend to the City/District when the Project and the Contractor's Work has achieved substantial and final completion. The Project Manager shall, prior to issuing a Certificate of Substantial Completion, compile a list of incomplete work which does not conform to the Contract Documents based on input from the Design Professional and City/District's inspectors (when applicable). This' list shall be attached to the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The Project Manager shall issue the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Certification of Final Completion to the Contractor. 5.1.8 Final Payment: In consultation with the Design Professional and City/District's inspector (when applicable), the Project Manager shall provide to the City/District a written recommendation regarding final payment to the Contractor. 5.2 Time Manaaement 5.2.1 Master Schedule: The Project Manager shall adjust and update the Master Schedule and distribute copies to the City/District and Design Professional. Recommendations for such adjustments to the Master Schedule shall be made to the City/District, and upon City/District's approval shall be incorporated by the Project Manager. 5.2.2 Contractor's Construction Schedule: The Project Manager shall review each Contractor's Construction Schedule and shall verify that the schedule is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and that it establishes completion dates that comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
