<br /> .. <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> CITY/DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. The City/District shall provide to the Project Manager complete information <br /> regarding the City/District's requirements for the Project. <br />2. The City/District shall examine information submitted by the Project Manager and <br /> shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly. <br />3. If the City/District observes or otherwise becomes aware of any fault or defect in <br /> the Project or the Project Manager's services, or any nonconformity with the <br /> Contract Documents, the City/District shall give prompt written notice thereof to <br /> the Project Manager. <br />4. The City/District shall furnish required information and approvals and perform its <br /> responsibilities and activities in a timely manner to facilitate orderly progress of <br /> the work in cooperation with the Project Manager, consistent with this Agreement <br /> and in accordance with the planning and scheduling requirements, and budgetary <br /> restraints of the Project. <br />5. The City/District shall be responsible for providing design services for the Project. <br /> The services, duties and responsibilities set out in the agreement between the <br /> City/District and the Design Professional shall be compatible and consistent with <br /> this Agreement and the Contract Documents. The City/District shall, in its <br /> agreement with the Design Professional, require that the Design Professional <br /> perform its services in cooperation with the Project Manager, consistent with this <br /> Agreement and in accordance with the planning and scheduling requirements and <br /> budgetary restraints of the Project as determined by the City/District and <br /> documented by the Project Manager. <br /> The terms and conditions of the Agreement between the City/District and Design <br /> Professional shall not be changed without written notification of the Project <br /> Manager. The City/District shall furnish a copy of the City/District-AlE Agreement <br /> and any amendments to the Project Manager, that designate the contractual <br /> responsibilities of all parties. <br />6.
