Additional Work (OptionaI) <br /> At the direction of Mr. Brian Lee of the City, the following work will be perfonned on a <br /> time and materials basis, but only upon his prior approval. <br /> Special Meetings <br /> Attendance of the project manager, or project engineer, at meetings as requested. Such <br /> meetings may be during working hours or in the evenings. Such meetings could be, but <br /> are not limited to, City Council meetings, public hearings, committee meetings, meetings <br /> with residents, and school meetings. <br /> Field Investigation <br /> Field investigation includes a walk through of the project to visually check base mapping <br /> and the confonnance of design thereto. Upon approval of the City, a video will be made <br /> of the existing conditions. <br /> Bid Assistance <br /> Assistance in the preparation of addendums. Assistance in responding to City directed <br /> questions from bidders. <br /> Utility Unde¡:grounding Drafting <br /> Upon receiving design of the utility undergrounding and with direction from the City, the <br /> undergrounding work will be included in the contract plans and specifications.
