The first meeting was on <br />December 5, 1996 and the major items are documented in my letter of December 9, 1996. Of <br />importance to this issue is that "_ _ _ _ all utility requirements will have been given Wilsey Ham <br />by January 10 ____ ". <br />On, or about, that date Wilsey Ham received marked up colored plans £Tom each of the three <br />utility companies separately which we assumed was all the requirements as per the December <br />meeting agreement. <br /> B:\042197'wPD <br /> 331 Lakeside Drive, Suite B .
