The scope of work is <br />now defined into two major categories: <br />1. The development of the Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E), shown as Design and, <br />2. Other work that the City may wish done at the City's discretion shown as Additional Work <br /> (Optional). <br />This change has come about since the City has done the preliminary work leading to design. <br />This submittal includes a revised scope of work, organization chart, schedule, charge rate fee <br />schedule, and spread sheet. <br />Resumes are as previously submitted. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />I. Design <br /> Task 1-1 - Coordination <br /> Meetings as required will be held with City staff to update on project progress and obtain <br /> staff opinion on project elements. Internal coordination will be maintained as well as <br /> working with other agencies. <br /> Deliverables <br /> . Copies of correspondence. <br /> .
