Kriletch, 70 Foss Drive, Redwood City, crew member of the S.S. Jeremiah <br />O'Brien, invited the Council and all the citizens of Redwood City to visit this <br />sole remaining Liberty Ship while it is in the Redwood City Port, October 6th <br />through October 15th, and thanked the Council for inviting the S.S. Jeremiah <br />O'Brien to Redwood City. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />1. Energy Partners Program sponsored by PG &E report to Council (1203 -02) <br />Frank Eich, PG &E Area Manager, thanked the Council for their support of the <br />PG &E.Weatherization Project in downtown Redwood City and the North Fair Oaks <br />Community, and added special thanks to Housing Director Michael Church, Acting <br />Housing Coordinator Karen Nilsen, and Fair Oaks Community Center Coordinator <br />Corinne Centeno. Over 4,000 single - family and multi- family residences <br />received free basic weatherization services to lower energy consumption and <br />monthly bills and the program provided significant employment opportunities <br />for residents. Mayor Greenalch thanked PG &E for being such an outstanding <br />corporate citizen. <br />Ia. Councilwoman Buchan invited everyone to attend the last in the current series <br />of neighborhood meetings at Taft School, Tuesday, October 3, 1989 at 7:00 p.m. <br />lb.
