No <br />one wished to speak. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Meeting recessed from 8:05 p.m. to 8:07 p.m. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />Councilmember /Director Murray asked for recess to meet with City Attorney/ <br />Agency Counsel and confirm that his representation of the Mosquito <br />Abatement District in a recent minor case would not be considered a conflict <br />of interest. Attorney /Counsel Schricker advised there was no conflict of <br />interest. <br />Title read. M /S: Claire /Murray to approve resolution approving tax <br />increment agreement with the county of San Mateo and approval in concept of <br />agreements with the subject taxing agencies: <br />RESOLUTION NO. RD 89 -17 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING TAX INCREMENT AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />Approved by unanimous roll call vote. <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />2 a. PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed Second amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2 <br />Council and Agency to hear all evidence and testimony for and against adoption <br />of Redevelopment Plan and certification of Final EIR. <br />Mayor /Chairman Greenalch declared the public hearing open at 8:09 p.m. <br />City /Agency Attorney Schricker asked everyone about to give testimony before <br />the Council and Agency to please rise and raise their right hand. Court <br />Recorder Yvonne Mock administered the oath and all participants answered in <br />the affirmative. <br />Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church submitted the following <br />documents to the City Clerk /Agency Secretary: Affidavits of publication and <br />of mailing the notice to property owners and to taxing agencies of this public <br />hearing. <br />Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church advised the Second Amendment to <br />the Redevelopment Plan would not cause any tax increases to property owners in <br />Joint Council /Redev.Minutes MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 <br />11/20/89 Page No. 152 <br />Page 3 <br />
