Consultant shall assist in issuing addenda, as directed by the City. 3. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre -construction meeting. 4. Consultant shall conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate stages. 5. Consultant shall review shop drawings submittals (45), change order requests, requests for information (12), and provide written recommendations to the City. 6. Consultant shall participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of deficiencies. 7. Consultant shall prepare "As -Built" drawings based on construction field notes and limited field review by the Consultant. Deliverables: • Construction package to be determined by the City Engineer — One (1) hard copy set of the one hundred percent (100%) plans (24"x36" plan sheets), one (1) hard copy of the specifications, Engineer's Estimate and probable construction schedule plus electronic copies (AutoCAD, PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) shall be submitted and presented by the Consultant to the City. The Contract Document set shall bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date. • One (1) set of full-size (24x36) as -built plans on 4 -mil polyester media shall be submitted by the Consultant and provide Electronic copies (AutoCAD, PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) of final specifications, cost estimate and plans. TASK 9—OPTIONALADDITIONAL SERVICES Additional services shall be determined by the City and agreed upon by both the City and the Consultant. The tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Consultant shall prepare an Operations and Maintenance manual for the project. 2.
