4. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the <br />City for review and approval. <br />Deliverables: <br />Final Construction Package — One (1) hard copy set of the one hundred <br />percent (100%) plans (24"x36" plan sheets), one (1) hard copy of the <br />specifications, Engineer's Estimate and probable construction schedule plus <br />electronic copies (AutoCAD, PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) shall be submitted and <br />presented by the Consultant to the City. The Contract Document set shall bear <br />the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration <br />date. <br />TASK 7 - BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />The following services shall be provided during the bidding process and <br />construction phase of the project. The tasks includes, but are not limited to the <br />following: <br />1. Consultant shall provide design clarification responses during bid phase. <br />2. Consultant shall respond to questions from prospective bidders. Consultant <br />shall assist in issuing addenda, as directed by the City. <br />3. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre -construction meeting. <br />4. Consultant shall conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate <br />stages. <br />5. Consultant shall review shop drawings submittals (45), change order requests, <br />requests for information (12), and provide written recommendations to the <br />City. <br />6. Consultant shall participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of <br />deficiencies. <br />7. Consultant shall prepare "As -Built" drawings based on construction field notes <br />and limited field review bythe Consultant. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (1) set of full-size (24x36) as -built plans on 4 -mil polyester media shall be <br />submitted by the Consultant and provide Electronic copies (AutoCAD, PDF, <br />Word, Excel, etc.) of final specifications, cost estimate and plans. <br />TASK 8 — OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION <br />SERVICES <br />With the City's approval, the Consultant shall provide additional services during the <br />bidding process and construction phase for the pump station that is constructed in <br />a separate or subsequent construction contract. The tasks include, but are not <br />limited to the following: <br />1.
