TASK 5- 95% DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />With the City's approval, the Consultant shall proceed with the Progress <br />Design. Specific tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />1. Consultant shall incorporate 75% Design Submittal review comments from, but <br />not limited to the City and from EDCCO Group. <br />2. Consultant shall coordinate with City's SCADA consultant, the EDCCO Group, for <br />the 95% design of the PLC unit and control system programming. <br />3. Consultant shall prepare for review by City the 95% Design Submittal consisting <br />of complete construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost <br />estimates. The submittal shall also include, but not limited to, site grading plan, <br />cross- section details, structural details, complete technical specifications, <br />estimate of construction cost, electrical details, civil details, structural details, <br />mechanical details, engineering calculations and any catalogue cuts for any <br />special material proposed for use in the project. <br />4. Consultant shall coordinate with the City and prepare two construction <br />packages. Structure and scheme of construction packages to be determined by <br />the City. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Two Construction Packages — Four (4) hard copy sets of the ninety-five <br />percent (95%) plans (24"x36" plan sheets), one (1) hard copy of both the <br />specifications and Engineer's Estimate plus electronic copies (AutoCAD, PDF, <br />Word, Excel, etc.) shall be submitted and presented by the Consultant to the <br />City for review. A marked set will be returned along with City staffs comments <br />and/or request for clarifications to the Consultant for revision. <br />• One meeting shall be scheduled with City staff after review of the 95% <br />submittal prior to proceeding with the 100% Design Submittal. <br />TASK6- 100% DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />With the City's approval, the Consultant shall proceed with the 100% Design <br />Submittal. The tasks include, but are not limited to the following: <br />1. Consultant shall incorporate 95% Design Submittal review comments. <br />2. Consultant shall coordinate with the City for the final construction package. <br />Structure and scheme of the final construction package to be determined by the <br />City. <br />3. Consultant shall prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete <br />construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost estimates. <br />The submittal shall also include, but not limited to, site grading plan, cross- <br />section details, structural details, complete technical specifications, estimate of <br />construction cost, electrical details, civil details, structural details, mechanical <br />details, final engineering calculations and any catalogue cuts for any special <br />material proposed for use in the project. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.149/HYDROSCIENCE ENGINEERS, INC. <br />REV: 06-30-17 PR <br />Page 15 of 20 <br />
