Redwood City Beautification Committee and the Historic Resources Advisory <br />Committee Awards presentation recognizing 3 successful rehabilitations for <br />303 Stambaugh, 420 Heller and 735 Elm Street. (202 -04) <br />Vice Mayor Georgi LaBerge, Chairperson of the Redwood City Beautification <br />Committee and Ken Rolandelli, Chairperson of the Historic Resources Advisory <br />Committee presented Special Recognition awards to the following residents: <br />Mr. and Mrs. Guadalupe Ruiz owners of 420 Heller Street <br />Mr. Mike O'Brien new owner of 303 Stambaugh who recognized the efforts of the <br />previous owners Mark and Kimberly Watson who restored the building <br />Mr. and Mrs. Jack and Nancy Riewerts who recognized the efforts of the owner <br />Mrs. Claire Schencke. <br />The recipients thanked the Council and shared their feelings of pride for <br />their rehabilitated homes and Redwood City. <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 <br />Page No. 171 Reg.
