EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />Consultant will invoice City as orders are delivered. Failure of a vendor to comply with the <br />terms and conditions stated may result in the cancellation of the Blanket P.O. <br />Invoices must reflect sales tax rate applicable to the City of Redwood City and must be <br />sent to: <br />Redwood City Public Library <br />1044 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Consultant will provide: <br />• Discounts off MSRP of 25% for DVDs, 20% for Blu-Rays, 25% for Music CDs, and <br />10% for Universal Music titles <br />• Audiobooks provided at retail price <br />• Consultant -paid return shipping on all accepted returns <br />• MARC records as specified in Exhibit A for $1.20 per title. <br />• Item records only as requested for $.25 per record. <br />Consultant will repackage materials as needed into library -appropriate packaging and <br />apply all labels, as well as City -supplied RFID tags, to specifications of the Library Director <br />or her/his designee according to the following price schedule <br />• DVD/Blu-ray single disc: $3.25 <br />• DVD/Blu-ray double disc: $3.50 <br />• DVD/Blu-ray 3 or more discs (nonfiction): $.85 <br />• DVD/Blu-ray 3 or more discs (adult): $5.10 <br />• DVD/Blu-ray 3 or more discs (juvenile): $5.50 <br />• CD single disc: $2.90 <br />• CD double disc: $3.15 <br />• CD 3 or more discs (adult): $4.75 <br />• CD 3 or more discs (juvenile): $5.15 <br />• Audiobooks: $4.40 <br />Any services listed in Exhibit A that are not given a price in this Exhibit B shall be provided <br />to the City free of charge. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.160/MIDW EST TAPE, LLC <br />REV' 07-11-17 RL <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />
