EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Consultant shall provide blanket purchase orders for audiovisual materials (audiobooks, DVDs, and CDs), shelf ready cataloging and processing services, and customized collection development services such as customized standing order collections, pre- selected carts, and Opening Day collections, as needed. When the City places orders from Consultant, all materials must be delivered F.O.B, Redwood City, CA, USA, freight prepaid. Library materials provided must comply with current copyright and intellectual property laws. Consultant will provide customer service which includes inventory, ordering access, and supplying materials in a timely manner to the City per the following specifications: • Unlimited accounts for online ordering, fully integrated with the III Sierra integrated library system and compliant with Edifact standard, as well as online ordering through Consultant's website • 10 day fulfillment time from date of order to shipment for materials in inventory, including processing • Separation of invoices by order account • Provide access to a robust inventory of non-English materials Consultant will provide customized lists of materials for the City's consideration at no charge per the following specifications: • Customized Standing Order lists in the form of prepopulated order carts, including materials in advance of street date, for review by library staff before orders are placed • Customized opening day collection selection lists as requested by City Consultant will provide shelf -ready cataloging and processing of audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs based on the following specifications: • Provide full MARC 21, Level K or higher, records for all items, including pre- publication materials, from OCLC. Include customization to specifications of the Library Director or her/his designee, including item level 949 fields. Provide ability to overlay full records over brief acquisition records in III Sierra ILS. • Assign Dewey Decimal System call numbers and customized spine label cuttering to specifications of the Library Director or her/his designee • Apply all labels and RFID tags to specifications of the Library Director or her/his designee according to the price schedule in Exhibit B ATTY/AGR/2017.160/MIDWEST TAPE, LLC REV: 07-11-17 RL Page 9 of 10
