Where any funds are to be used for the publication and/or distribution of brochures, <br />handbooks, or promotional material, identify on the printed material, in a manner approved by <br />the APCO, the Transportation Fund for Clean Air and the Bay Area Air Quality Management <br />District as a funding source, and display Exhibit C logo. <br /> 1. Indicate in any related articles, news releases or other publicity materials <br />prepared with respect to the Project, the Transportation Fund for Clean Air and the Bay <br />Area Air Quality Management District as a funding source, and if appropriate use Exhibit <br />.C logo. <br /> J. Where funds are to be used for the purchase and operation of <br />clean/alternative fueled vehicles, paint or affix on the exterior of the vehicle signage, <br />approved by the APCO, that identifies the vehicle as a clean fuel vehicle and identifies the <br />Transportation Fund for Clean Air and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District as <br />a funding source, using Exhibit C logo if appropriate. <br />2. C/CAG shall provide funding to the CITY in the amount of $62,683.99. Funds <br />shall be provided to CITY on a semi-annual basis, in the amounts provided to C/CAG by <br />BAAQMD. In no event shall C/CAG be required to provide any funding to CITY under this <br />Agreement unless such funds are first provided to C/CAG by BAAQMD. <br />3. CITY shall be responsible for the proper expenditure of any funds provided under <br />this Agreement. In the event that, for any reason, BAAQMD seeks return of funds granted to <br />CITY, CITY shall indemnify C/CAG in the amount C/CAG is required to return to BAAQMD <br />under the Funding Agreement dated February 7, 1996. <br />4.
