Make all such records relating to the Project available to C/CAG, and any <br />independent auditor selected by C/CAG or by the BAAQMD, upon request made during <br />implementation of the Project and the three year period following completion of the <br />Project. <br />c. Maintain records related to the performance of the Project in order to <br />expedite evaluation of emission reductions achieved from implementation of the Project. <br />d. Submit to C/CAG, within 30 days of the end of the fiscal year, a report <br />which itemizes the expenditure of funds, progress to date in the implementation of the <br />Project, and the results of monitoring of the performance of the Project, including specitic <br />responses to the Monitoring Requirements for the Project, as set forth by the Bay Area Air <br />Quality Management District in Exhibit B. <br />e. Evaluate any prospective consultants or contractors to insure consistency <br />with the AB 434 Funding Agreement between C/CAG and BAAQMD, and oversee <br />consultant and contractor activities (including matters related to technical direction, <br />schedule, budget and the verification/documentation of project completion) to insure that <br />activities are completed to acceptable quality standards. <br />f. Where funds are used for construction, install a sign where local ordinances <br />or state regulations allow, approved by the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) of <br />BAAQMD, that identifies the transportation fund for Clean Air and the Bay Area Air <br />Quality Management District as a funding source, and display logo attached as Exhibit C. <br />g. Where funds are used for the timing and/or interconnection of traftïc <br />signals, install, where local ordinances or State regulations allow, signage along affected <br />arterials that identifies the transportation fund for Clean Air and the Bay Area Air Quality <br />Management District as a funding source, and display Exhibit C logo. <br /> .-....-..- <br />
