<br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />SALARIED FUNDED CONTRACT APPOINTMENT <br />OF TERI LANG, (C/CAG ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2nd day of December, <br />1996, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, ("City"), and TERI LANG, ("Contract Employee"). <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, City and the City/County Association of Governments ("C/CAG") <br />have entered into an Agreement dated June 13, 1996, pursuant to which C/CAG <br />provides funding to City for the position of C/CAG Secretary (the Funding <br />Agreement); and <br />WHEREAS, Contract Employee has been appointed C/CAG "Administrative <br />Secretary" by C/CAG Executive Director; which position shall be deemed <br />C/CAG Secretary for purposes of the funding agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Funding Agreement, City shall provide <br />administrative services regarding payment of the salary and provision of <br />employment benefits to Contract Employee; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to provide such services, the position of C/CAG <br />Administrative Secretary has been established in the City's employment <br />classification (personnel) plan; and <br />1 <br />~..-. ..-- <br />
