<br />WHEREAS, appointment to said position shall be made as a "Funded <br />Appointment" pursuant to the provisions of Rule X, Section 11 of the Personnel <br />Rules and Regulations of City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL TERMS, <br />COVENANTS, AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, THE PARTIES HERE <br />TO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Funded Contract Appointment. Contract Employee is hereby appointed <br />to the position of C/CAG Administrative Secretary, and as such shall <br />perform the duties and services more particularly described in that certain <br />agreement entitled, "Agreement Between City/County Association of <br />Governments and T eri Lang", dated December 2, 1996, by C/CAG (the <br />"C/CAG Employment Agreement") marked Exhibit A, attached hereto, and <br />incorporated herein by reference. Contract employee acknowledges and <br />agrees that all services to be performed by Contract Employee shall be <br />under the direction, control, and management of C/CAG and that her <br />employment is expressly subject to the terms and conditions of the C/CAG <br />Employment Agreement. City shall not be required to, and shall not <br />provide offices, work space, facilities, supplies, materials, or equipment <br />necessary for performance of Contract Employee's duties and Contract <br />Employee shall rely upon C/CAG for the provision of such matters. <br /> 2 <br /> ......"" - <br />
