<br />2. Status. Contract Employee shall serve at the pleasure of the C/CAG <br />Executive Director and Board of Directors in accordance with the <br />provisions of the C/CAG Employment Agreement. Contract Employee <br />shall not acquire a property interest in employment or a right to continuing <br />employment with the City of Redwood City. The terms, covenants, and <br />conditions of Contract Employee's employment with the City are expressly <br />limited by and to the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement. <br />To the extent Contract Employee is deemed an employee of the City of <br />Redwood City, Contract Employee shall serve at the pleasure of C/CAG <br />Executive Director who serves at the pleasure of the City Manager. <br />3. Compensation. <br />a) Rate. Contract Employee shall be compensated for the performance <br />of the above described services at the rate of $ 2,667.00 per month. <br />Payment of such compensation shall be made bi-weekly. <br />b) Benefits. Contract Employee shall be entitled to the following <br />benefits: <br />State Disabilitv Insurance. Contract Employee shall be entitled to <br />participate in the State Disability Insurance Program. <br />Recoanized Holidavs. City shall provide paid holidays as listed in <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />3 <br />...... .', <br />
