<br />dental, life insurance, and long term disability insurance, subject to <br />the same terms, conditions, qualifications and restrictions provided <br />by City to City's employees appointed to positions in the Redwood <br />City Management Employees Association (RCMEA) Group <br />Classification of Employment. <br />Administration. Administration of the benefits and provisions of <br />this paragraph 3 shall conform to administration of corresponding <br />benefits and provisions pertaining to employees appointed to <br />positions in City's Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association (RCMEA) Group Classification of Employment. <br />4. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence December 2, 1996, and <br />shall continue concurrently with the term of the C/CAG Employment Agreement, <br />unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of the C/CAG Employment <br />Agreement or the C/CAG Funding Agreement. <br />S. Termination. Termination of this Agreement shall be subject to the termination <br />provisions of the C/CAG Employment Agreement and the C/CAG Funding <br />Agreement. <br />6. Limitations. The provisions hereof, and Contract employee's employment with <br />the City are expressly subject to all terms and conditions of the C/CAG <br />Employment Agreement and the C/CAG Funding Agreement. <br />7.
