C/CAG Is a joint powers agency formed for the purpose ot <br /> preparing, adopting and monitoring a variety of countywide state-mandated <br /> plans; and <br /> WHEREAS, City is a municipality in San Mateo County; and <br /> WHEREAS, It is economically preferable for C/CAG to use outside <br /> assistance in the hiring of employees and the maintenance of employee payroll <br /> and benefits; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has the capability, and Is willing, to provide C/CAG with <br /> such assistance and services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1< RENDITION F . City agrees to provide administrative <br /> support services to C/CAG in accordance with the terms and conditions of this <br /> agreement. <br /> 2. ~POSI110NS OF EItIPLOYYENT.
