" . . .. In the event that another bargaining unit or units trade a current City <br /> granted holiday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, such an exchange of holidays <br /> may be implemented with the Redwood City Management Employees <br /> Association the next following calendar year." <br /> The Service Employees International Union has made an exchange of the <br /> Admission Day holiday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in it's recently completed <br /> negotiations with the City. Therefore, pursuant to Section 13.1, we would like to <br /> implement the exchange of holidays for RCMEA Personnel effective January 1, <br /> 1997. <br /> 2.
