<br />3. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Contractor hereby warrants and agrees that it does conduct <br />and operate its program on a non-discriminatory basis, with equal treatment and access to its <br />services and facilities without regard to age, race, color, sex, national origin, medical <br />condition, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, religious or political preference, or <br />union affiliation. <br />4. ACCOUNTING. Contractor shall at all times keep accurate and complete records and <br />accounts of all expenditures, obligations, and financial transactions incurred or made pursuant <br />to the terms of this agreement. Said records and accounts relating to these transactions shall be <br /> \ <br />made available for inspection and/or audit by City, its agents or employees and the public at any <br />and all reasonable times. <br />5. AUDIT. City shall audit the records or accounts of Contractor for the purpose of <br />verifying the expenditures or accountings made or provided by Contractor hereunder. <br />6. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon the <br />giving of ten days written notice to the other party. Such notice shall set forth the effective date <br />of such termination. City may terminate this agreement upon determination by City that the <br />funds are being used for purposes other than those stated in this agreement. <br />7. HOLD HARMLESS. Contractor agrees to and shall indemnify and hold the City <br />harmless (including legal expenses) from any and all claims, suits, actions and/or proceedings, <br />whether in law or in equity, resulting from the use, expenditure, appropriation disbursement, <br />or other disposition of the funds furnished to Contractor by City hereunder. <br />8. CITY OBLIGATIONS. City agrees to pay the Contractor the total sum of TWENTY <br />THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED, EIGHTY SEVEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,687.00) for the <br />exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995 and ending <br />December 31, 1995 to assist contractor in providing services specified under paragraph 9 to <br />Redwood City residents. <br /> --0....,-.-....... ~--~,.,- <br />
